A Stitch in Time
Well, we don't seem to be able to keep ourselves out of the emergency room lately; yesterday Jacob had a mishap at school which resulted in five stitches to his chin.
He's doing ok, he was pretty scared at first, but he was ultimately very brave and a major trooper.
I give credit to Swedish hospital staff, who are always so patient and kind to my boys, who are by now frequent customers. They always take the time to make sure my boys are comfortable with what's about to happen and there are never any surprises.
Jacob is supposed to get the stitches removed in 6 days, which means that he'll be in Washington DC with Grandma and Grandpa, so that should be interesting!
Three more days of school left-how does it go by so fast?!
